The Unified Track and Field team competed this past Tuesday against Vincennes Lincoln and Boonville. Mount Vernon had many victories in individual events and ended up placing first overall in the meet. First place finishers in the events included: Gabe Owens, Jesse Russ, Nolan Deno, Keaton Bricker, Braiden Royal, Lennon Haton, Genna Biggerstaff, Lauren Carr, Emily Hueftle, Kylee Rickets, Jayden Ricketts, and Drew Rapp.

You don't have to have any previous experience to be a part of the Colorguard and you will be taught all of the necessary skills you need to be successful and have a life-changing experience. This is also an exciting year to join the Colorguard because the Marching Band is traveling to Florida during Spring Break of 2022 to perform at Universal

The results of the National Library Week, “Select How Many Marbles Are in a Glass Jar,” Contest has been tabulated and certified. 210 students entered submissions with guesses varying from 1 to 1,264 marbles. There were a grand total of 77 marbles. The winners, who will be awarded a book of their choice, are Jaden Wilson, Chris Newman, and Sam Heckman.
