Key Club members interested in getting a jump start on your service hours, see Mrs. Steinhart to sign up to volunteer.

SENIORS: The deadline to apply for the Lilly Scholarships is September 8th. Log on to the Posey County Community Foundation website to apply. You must have a 3.5 GPA.

Seniors: If you are interested in helping with the Senior Video please contact Mr. Pickrell in the Media Center.

ALL STUDENTS: you received a one questions survey asking if a parent was on active duty in the military. You will receive daily emails until you have responded.

Athletic Passes can be purchased in the athletic office during the school day. These passes are good for all JHS and HS athletic events except sectional and Big 8 Conference events. The cost is $45 for students, $70 for adults and $190 for a family pass.

MVHS will hold a Financial Aid Night on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Media Center. A representative from the USI Financial Aid office will be the guest speaker.

Yearbook

Yearbooks can be ordered online at https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/  using school order number 17198, or by check made payable to Mt. Vernon Senior High School, Attention Yearbook. The cost is $60.  Senior ads are due by April 10.

Youth First

The Youth First "Most of Us" campaign is a research-based campaign to reduce teen alcohol and substance abuse among high school students by correcting misperceptions and promoting positive social norms.
