  • It's time to purchase your 2015 yearbooks. You can purchase your yearbook for $55. After 1/1/15 the price goes up $5. Yearbook order forms were sent through the mail, or you can pick one up in the office.

Freshman: 21st Century Scholars will meet in B116 during second club cluster on March 11.

Art Camp is tomorrow. See Mrs. Glaser for more information.

Local scholarship applications are now available in the counseling office. The application deadline is April 1.

There will be a work day tomorrow from 10:00 – 2:00 for all technical theatre and musical cast members.

Students interested in running for an officer position in Key Club for the 2015-16 school year should pick up an application form in Mrs. Steinhart’s room C123.

The American Legion Post #5 Scholarship applications are now available in the counseling office or at Owen Dunn Post #5 Legion home.

The ACT will be given at MVHS on April 18. The application deadline is March 13.

The Blubaum Scholarship deadline is March 9th.

FAFSA deadline is March 10. Please keep in mind that some colleges have a deadline of March 1.

Good Luck to our MVHS DanceCats who will be competing at regionals tomorrow.

Indiana All Star Driving School classes will begin next Monday. If you would like to register please contact the school at 812-421-9050.

Key Club Members: The last day to bring in pull tabs is today. They are to be taken to Mrs. Steinhart’s room and should have your name on them.

The boys basketball team plays the second game of the sectional next Tuesday starting at 7:30 p.m. There will be a fan bus and the cost will be $2. You will need to purchase either a single session ticket for $6 or a season pass for $10 at the gate.

The Watzlavik State Farm and Watzlavik Distributor local scholarships are available now in the counseling office. You must have a 2.5 G.P.A. to qualify. The deadline to apply is March 6.

Boy’s Track and Field practice will start Monday, March 2. This is mandatory for all boys interested in participating this spring. You must have a physical on file before you can practice.

It's time to purchase your 2015 yearbooks. The early bird special week is September 29-October 3rd. This week only you can purchase your yearbook for $50. The Youth First "Most of Us" campaign is a research-based campaign to reduce teen alcohol and substance abuse among high school students by correcting misperceptions and promoting positive social norms.
