Grades 9-11 Student Information:
Students should KEEP Macbooks, power cords and cases to be used for the 2020-2021 school year.
Students should return all completed work in order for it to contribute to their Semester 2 grade.
Students should return all library books, classroom materials (classroom novels, things borrowed from teachers, etc.) and all athletic equipment.

Josten's graduation product delivery has been scheduled for Friday, May 1, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Students will pick up their orders at the MVHS Circle Drive.
2020 04 08 Grab
Free Grab and Go lunches will continue to be available to anyone ages 18 and under at three of our school locations every weekday, with the exception of Good Friday, April 10, when lunch will not be served. On Thursday, April 9, though, we will be giving each child two (2) Grab and Go lunches to cover both Thursday and Friday.
Grab and Go meals are being handed out from 11:30 - 12:30 each day at the front entrances of Marrs Elementary, West Elementary, and Mt. Vernon Senior High School.
The child does NOT have to be present for the meal to be provided to the responsible adult. You can come to any of these locations to pick up a meal: Marrs, West, or the High School.
Again, we will NOT be serving lunch on Good Friday, April 10, but will hand out two meals per child on Thursday, April 9.

***There is no school (eLearning) on Friday, April 10th and Monday, April 13th.
During the week of April 13th elementary parents will be able to pick up packets in the foyer of their school. The rest of the building will not be open to the public.
JH and HS packets are available when necessary by appointment (call the school) in the office or foyer. The rest of the building will not be open to the public.

MSD of Mt. Vernon just received state approval to begin a Grab and Go lunch feeding program at three buildings starting March 30th after spring break. See attached flyer.

MVHS will be using eLearning days for March 16-20 and March 30-April 3. Spring Break is March 23-27.
The April 4 ACT has been cancelled. Students will receive an email from the ACT regarding make-up options.
The May 2 SAT has been cancelled. The SAT will provide future additional testing opportunities for students as soon as it is feasible.
The MSD of Mt. Vernon scholarships listed below are due March 30. Students should bring completed applications to the MVHS main office on or before March 30.
