Class officer petitions are now available in the counseling office. If you would like to be a class officer for the 2018-19 school year please fill out the form and get ten signatures. All forms are due to the counseling office by Monday, April 30 at 3:30 p.m.
The video of the Student vs. Faculty All-Star Game has been posted on the Media Center website.
Be sure to order you Senior Ad for the yearbook by May 1. Stop by Mrs. Thomas’ room for an order form, find us on our yearbook Facebook page or the order center website.
Any girls interested in playing on the high school golf team this fall please attend a short meeting after school today. The meeting will be held in Coach Wolfe’s room (301) at the junior high and will be concluded by 3:30 p.m.
MVHS will be hosting a blood drive on Friday, May 4. You may sign up to give blood using the google form link that has been emailed to you. To give blood you must: BE in good general health and feeling well. Be at least 17-years old, or 16-years- old with parental consent, Weigh at least 110 lbs.
Western Hills Country Club is accepting applications for lifeguard positions. Anyone interested please stop by the pro shop and pick up an application. You will need to present a copy of your lifeguard certification.
Applications for the Elizabeth D. Baier Youth Award are now available in the counseling office. Juniors are eligible to apply and the deadline is April 27, 2018. The award is $500 and is given to students highly involved in community activities.
The Evansville Otters are hiring concession workers, ushers and ticket takers for home games. Additional information can be found by emailing Rhonda at firstname.lastname@example.org
Juniors who did not make the meeting with Studio B regarding senior pictures for next year please pick up information in the counseling office.
Interested in learning more about the MVHS Colorguard and what they do? Come join them next week to learn how to spin and move as we are looking for new members to join the competitive 2018 Fall Season! No experience necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know at our clinics! Clinics will be held on April 23 and 24 from 3:30-5 in the high school band room.
